Salsabila Dewi Pratiwi (“Caca”) is an Associate at A&CO Law Office, with a practice focusing on Intellectual Property, Bankruptcy and Debt Restructuring (PKPU and Insolvency), as well as Criminal and Commercial Litigation.

Caca graduated cum laude from the Faculty of Law, Diponegoro University, in 2021, majoring in Procedural Law. During her academic years, she was actively involved in the university’s moot court community and achieved notable success in national moot court competitions, securing multiple awards in competitions organized by the Islamic University of Indonesia and Udayana University.

Prior to joining A&CO, Caca spent over two years at a Jakarta-based law firm, where she handled a broad spectrum of dispute matters, including insurance claims, employment disputes, commercial litigation, and criminal cases—providing her with solid courtroom exposure and strong procedural expertise.

At A&CO, Caca regularly represents domestic and multinational clients in complex restructuring and insolvency proceedings before the Indonesian Commercial Court. She has acted for major foreign corporations, including Aditya Birla Group and L’Oréal, as creditors in high-profile PKPU and large-scale bankruptcy cases in Indonesia.

She is also actively involved in commercial litigation matters, representing foreign direct investment companies, including major multinational groups such as CJ Group, in civil lawsuits before Indonesian courts.

In addition, Caca assists clients in intellectual property enforcement and dispute resolution, particularly in contentious trademark and commercial cases.

She passed the Indonesian Bar Examination administered by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) in 2022 and was officially admitted as a licensed advocate in 2025.
