Christophorus Wisnoe Rurupadang (“Christo”) is an Associate at A&CO Law Office, having joined the firm in February 2020. His practice focuses on Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Commercial Disputes, Restructuring & Insolvency (PKPU and Bankruptcy), Manpower, and General Corporate matters.

Christo has extensive experience handling complex commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings across various industries. He has been actively involved in numerous Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations (Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang – PKPU) cases, representing both domestic and foreign creditors in high-value restructuring processes.

In the intellectual property sphere, Christo regularly advises and represents multinational clients in trademark enforcement and contentious proceedings in Indonesia. He has acted for a French pharmaceutical company in trademark infringement actions, as well as representing the well-known UK retail brand PRIMARK in a successful trademark cancellation lawsuit before the Indonesian Commercial Court.

He also frequently represents foreign direct investment (FDI) companies, including KDB Tifa Finance Tbk and Mitsui Indonesia, in filing creditor claims and protecting creditor rights in PKPU proceedings, as well as assisting foreign corporations in civil litigation matters before Indonesian courts.
