Abraham Devrian (“Abraham”) is a Partner at A&CO Law Office and is actively involved in the firm’s corporate, employment, dispute resolution, and insolvency (PKPU and bankruptcy) practices. He plays a central role in advising both local and foreign clients on a wide range of complex and day-to-day legal matters in Indonesia.

Abraham was admitted to practice law in Indonesia in 2013. He is also a licensed PKPU Receiver and Bankruptcy Trustee, appointed by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, equipping him with strong technical expertise in restructuring and creditor-side recovery matters.

At A&CO, Abraham has handled numerous employment and labour-related matters, particularly for foreign-owned companies and multinational clients, including advisory work on employment compliance, termination and redundancy issues, internal employment disputes, and labour-related risk management in Indonesia.

In addition, Abraham regularly provides day-to-day legal advisory services to A&CO’s corporate clients—especially foreign companies operating in Indonesia—covering a broad range of commercial transactions, contractual matters, and operational legal issues. His work often involves close coordination with management teams and in-house counsel to ensure practical, business-oriented solutions aligned with clients’ commercial objectives.
