Ade Bungsu Setiarini is a Partner at A&CO Law Office and plays a key role in the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, particularly in contentious matters and complex dispute handling. She is a highly experienced Indonesian advocate and is also a licensed Intellectual Property Consultant, combining strong technical knowledge with practical execution capability for both litigation and advisory work.

Ade has been admitted to practice law in Indonesia for over 20 years and is a member of PERADI. She is also licensed as a Suspension of Debt Payment (PKPU) Receiver and Bankruptcy Trustee by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, strengthening her ability to advise clients on recovery-related strategies in restructuring contexts.

During her tenure at A&CO, Ade has handled numerous trademark cancellation actions before the Indonesian Commercial Court (Pengadilan Niaga), representing and defending a number of well-known brands in high-stakes proceedings. She is actively involved in developing litigation strategy, drafting pleadings and submissions, managing evidence and arguments, and coordinating with clients throughout the dispute lifecycle.
