Managing Partner

Meriç Paldımoğlu is a Turkish-qualified attorney and the managing partner of Paldımoğlu Law Firm. His practice focuses on corporate, commercial and dispute-related matters under Turkish law, with particular experience advising foreign investors and companies operating in Turkey.

He advises clients on company formation and corporate governance, providing ongoing legal advisory support to foreign-owned businesses in relation to their corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. His work also covers investment-related legal issues, including Turkish citizenship by investment applications structured through qualifying investment routes under Turkish law.

In addition to advisory work, Meriç Paldımoğlu represents clients in commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters before Turkish courts. His litigation practice includes commercial disputes, debt collection proceedings, and cases relating to the recognition and enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards in Turkey.

He also has experience in real estate law, representing clients in disputes arising from property transactions, lease law disputes and claims related to acquisitions from developers. Alongside his legal practice, he provides property management services to foreign property owners, covering the legal and operational aspects of managing residential and commercial real estate assets in Turkey.
