She has several years experience in corporate and commercial law, cross-border transactions, risk and compliance, legal structuring for logistics, wills and probate and advisory to family offices.

For several years, Aisha has been advising and managing the legal operations for a transnational logistics group across Australia, Southeast Asia, and China. Her career has spanned key leadership roles—including Legal, Commercial & Risk Director at Kanzul Al Hapi Partners (UAE) and General Counsel at Jumeirah Golf Estates LLC (Dubai)—where she advised high-profile clients including sovereign wealth funds, multinational corporations and private family offices.

Aisha is known for her unique ability to align legal strategies with commercial objectives. She brings a holistic, empathetic, and solutions-driven approach to every engagement, particularly when advising private family offices for their structures and future estate planning.

Aisha currently heads the Wills & Probate Department at Stefani Legal Consultants. With extensive experience in estate planning, inheritance law, and succession matters, she provides strategic and culturally sensitive advice to both expatriate and local clients.

Aisha specializes in drafting UAE-compliant wills, navigating probate procedures across local and free zone jurisdictions—including DIFC and ADGM—and advising on cross-border estate planning.
