Antrea completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Salford, UK, in 2017. She then pursued the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law in Manchester, UK, focusing on a broad range of legal areas, including Corporate Law, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Commercial Law, Banking and Debt Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Employment Law.

Currently, Antrea serves as a senior associate at the firm, having 7 plus years of experience, specializing in Corporate and Commercial Law, Financial Services regulations, and related legal fields. She provides strategic legal advice to clients on licensing matters across various jurisdictions, particularly for investment firms, payment institutions, and companies in related sectors. With extensive knowledge of regulatory frameworks, she works closely with domestic and international regulatory bodies. She has advised on and handled multiple acquisitions of licensed entities, and has led the related licensing applications with the relevant regulatory bodies.

Antrea is also actively involved in offering regulatory and compliance support. Her expertise includes drafting a wide range of transactional agreements, such as merchant and distribution agreements. In addition, she has substantial experience in developing internal policies and manuals, ensuring that organizations meet high standards of compliance, operational efficiency, and industry best practices.

Antrea has experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, and partnership agreements, ensuring that her clients’ interests are protected and the terms agreed are always commercially sound.

Antrea is also handling employment law matters, including, but not limited to, drafting of settlement agreements, termination agreements, and advising various HR departments both locally and abroad on the handling of employment-related matters, disciplinary procedures and regulatory compliance.

She further, deals with matters related to the UAE regulatory environment, establishment rules, licensing, and predominantly deals with Dubai Securities and Commodities Authority for licensing authorisations.

Antrea, having exposure to multi-jurisdictional matters, is trusted by clients and partners and acts as the main point of contact by clients for various matters. She provides guidance, supervision and mentorship to junior associates, and support staff of the firm, and coordinates departments to efficiently deliver.
