Patrick is an attorney focusing his practice on business law, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, taxation, real estate transactions, and corporate governance. During his time in Washington, DC, Patrick worked as a tax extern with KPMG during which time he further developed knowledge and skills in the law of taxation. Additionally, Patrick has represented taxpayers with respect to their tax matters before the IRS and US Tax Court during his time as a law clerk within the Gonzaga Federal Tax Law Clinic.
