At Smith Hurst, Tori works with the firm’s business clients to advise them with respect to their employee and contracting matters. Tori also works on the intricate fields of estate planning.  She has worked as a judicial extern for Judges Timothy Brooks and Cristi Beaumont. Her role as a Student Attorney at the University of Arkansas Legal Clinic’s Immigration Clinic, combined with over 100 hours of pro bono service, reflects her strong commitment to clients and the legal field.

Tori served as the Executive Editor of the Journal of Food Law and Policy, and was the recipient of the Kaitlin LaBuda Award. This accolade is given to a journal candidate who inspires and motivates their peers, and Tori embodied this spirit. She was also awarded the Judge E. Miller Scholarship. In addition to her editorial and scholarship achievements, Tori excelled in Trial Advocacy, where she was recognized as the Best Advocate and won the Championship Round, receiving the “Top Prize” for the highest course grade.
