    • Lead Counsel for Hyundai Motor Company in enforcing a multi-million-dollar arbitral award in Jamaica
    • Successfully defended Delta Airlines and Caribbean Airlines in Montreal Convention claims
    • Represented banks and financial institutions in Privy Council proceedings and mortgage enforcement matters
    • Regularly advises on vessel arrests, maritime liens, freezing orders, and international judgment enforcement
