Tony Bisconti is a partner at Bienert Katzman Littrell Williams LLP. He began his legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Maureen A. Tighe of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California before joining the firm.

Tony is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on bankruptcy, complex civil and insolvency litigation, investigations, and white-collar criminal matters. He has represented clients including Fortune 500 companies, the FDIC, high-profile celebrities and professional athletes, technology start-ups, and high net-worth individuals in matters involving the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Internal Revenue Service, and other federal, state, and local agencies. Tony maintains an extensive appellate practice, having briefed and argued cases before state and federal courts of appeal, including serving as counsel before the United States Supreme Court.
