Ronald Albert, Jr. has experience in a broad array of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; partnerships, joint ventures and LLC’s; closely-held corporations, shareholders’ agreements, employment agreements and restrictive covenants; corporate finance, institutional finance and public finance; and contracts. He has represented many different types of clients, including public and private companies, large and mid-market businesses, professional sports franchises and facilities, entertainment industry and technology companies. Mr. Albert received his B.S.B.A. in Accounting, cum laude, from Georgetown University in 1985 and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1988.
