Principal

Jiwon J. Yhee is Co-Chair of Masuda Funai’s Litigation Practice Group.  She represents domestic and international clients across a wide variety of industries on commercial and employment litigation matters. She works closely with clients through all phases of dispute resolution, including, but not limited to, pre-litigation counseling, litigation in state and federal courts across the U.S., and arbitration. In her commercial litigation practice, she has extensive experience handling breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty,  tortious interference, and other business torts and claims. In her employment litigation practice, she defends clients against FLSA, Title VII, and other federal statutes and their state equivalents, including in collective and class actions. She also assists clients in protecting their trade secrets and other intellectual property and in enforcing their non-competition, non-solicitation, and other restrictive covenants.
