Christen McGlynn is a principal in Masuda Funai’s Litigation Practice Group. She represents domestic and international companies in complex commercial disputes and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Her experience spans all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, trial preparation and trial.

Christen handles a broad range of matters involving breach of contract, shareholder disputes, trade secret misappropriation, restrictive covenants, logistics and transportation, employment claims, products liability, asbestos/toxic tort litigation, premises liability and real estate disputes. Clients value her practical judgment, responsiveness and ability to navigate complex legal challenges efficiently while remaining focused on achieving favorable, cost-effective results.
