Principal

Steve Katz, a principal of the firm and Co-Chair of its Litigation Practice Group, has over three decades of experience representing global companies in commercial litigation and commercial transactions. He has handled client matters ranging from the millions of dollars to over a billion dollars over the course of his career.

Steve has successfully represented companies involved in the manufacturing, sales, service, technology and financial sectors across a broad range of industries in commercial litigation, arbitration and disputes across more than half the fifty states.

Outside the courtroom, Steve regularly represents global companies with respect to a wide variety of commercial and business transactions and contracts, including manufacturing, distribution, sales, licensing and joint venture arrangements, and provides counseling with respect to related antitrust and competition law concerns.
