Rebecca’s practice encompasses a wide range of services, from fundamental probate avoidance, incapacity planning and trust administrations to offering strategic advice to high-net-worth families and individuals on intricate matters such as income tax, estate tax, and asset protection planning.

Rebecca is known for a commitment to the counseling and empathetic facets of her legal practice, and she takes great pleasure in simplifying intricate legal matters, ensuring that clients are able to grasp the various complexities of estate planning. With a focus on clarity and empathy, Rebecca endeavors to make legal complexities accessible and understandable for clients as she customizes each estate plan to suit each client’s specific goals and circumstances, prioritizing client understanding and peace of mind.

Apart from her legal practice, Rebecca actively contributes to various philanthropic endeavors, including serving as a Board Member for St. Jude’s Ranch for Children. Rebecca has also served as a member of the University of Las Vegas (“UNLV”) Nevada Financial Wellness Advisory Board, an organization that partners with the Advisor Council, which partners with the UNLV Graduate College to establish and execute programs aimed at enhancing financial literacy within the graduate student community as they prepare for their futures after graduation.
