Thomas Hamill counsels clients on estate planning, probate and trust administration, gifting strategies, and business succession planning.

Tom’s practice focuses on implementing estate plans to address family needs and minimize estate taxes, the administration of wills and trusts, including the preparation of federal and state estate tax returns, and the succession of family-owned businesses.

A frequent lecturer at professional education seminars, Tom is also on the board of directors of the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education and a member of the Sangamon Valley Estate Planning Council.
