Jeff Hunt assists clients with sophisticated trust and estate planning, including drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related documents. He guides clients through the process, providing practical advice so clients can make informed decisions regarding wealth transfer planning strategies that reduce taxes and protect assets. Jeff strives to meticulously understand clients’ situations to better craft unique estate and tax plans that accomplish each client’s specific goals.

Additionally, Jeff works with clients in the development of business creation and succession plans, including the creation of closely-held businesses, the use of lifetime gifting, preparation of individual gift tax returns, and real estate transfers.

Jeff also assists clients with post-death trust and probate administration, including preparation and filing of federal estate tax returns, advising trustees, and counseling beneficiaries of their rights and responsibilities.
