Emma Barry focuses her practice on Special Needs Trust matters and other aspects of comprehensive Special Needs Estate Planning. Emma has worked with Kristen M. Lewis, Esq. in her Special Needs Estate Planning practice since graduating from Georgia State University College of Law in 2016. She has extensive experience representing clients in guardianship and conservatorship proceedings in Probate Courts throughout Georgia, including inter and intra-state transfers of guardianships and conservatorships, as well as conservatorship planning in the context of a settlement.

Emma has served on the boards of nonprofits that work to support persons with disabilities (most recently the Center for the Visually Impaired and Better Living Together).
