Greta Staat represents a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals, families, and closely-held business owners, in matters affecting their businesses and personal estates. She has experience in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, wealth protection, income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping tax planning, charitable giving and private foundations, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, compensation arrangements, and general business law.

Greta addresses each client’s unique set of goals and circumstances by designing custom plans, including creating family office structures and utilizing a variety of sophisticated wealth transfer vehicles to maximize and protect wealth and minimize federal and state income and estate taxes.
