Benjamin Sheinbein is an associate in the Chicago office of Harrison LLP. His practice centers on fiduciary litigation, estate and trust disputes, estate and trust administration, and family law matters, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Benjamin represents individuals, families, and fiduciaries in complex disputes involving the control, preservation, and disposition of significant assets. He tailors his approach to each client’s unique circumstances and desired outcomes, working to safeguard private and generational wealth while providing strategic counsel in matters involving sensitive personal dynamics and substantial financial interests.

Benjamin earned his J.D. cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was an active competitor in the Moot Court Honor Society and named champion of the William E. McGee National Civil Rights Competition. He also received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for earning the highest grades in Federal Income Tax and Trial Advocacy.
