Career
Victoria L. Cejka (she/her/hers) advises clients in connection with estate planning and estate and trust administration. Her expertise includes both simple and complex estate planning, charitable giving, tax planning and succession planning. She also represents fiduciaries administering trusts and estates as well as clients petitioning to become guardian of disabled adults and minor children.
She most enjoys assisting individuals and families craft estate plans designed to meet their unique goals and needs—including tax minimization, credit sheltering, special needs planning, and preservation of wealth for future generations. Being licensed in both Illinois and Arizona, Victoria is able to serve her clients across borders.
Recently, Victoria was selected to be a member of Chicago Estate Planning Council (CEPC)’s Emerging Leaders Program—a role in which she was nominated to serve for a two-year term.
After graduating from law school, Victoria served as a legal research intern for the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Foundation to assist the ACTEC Foundation Disaster Preparedness Task Force to develop and disseminate ACTEC’s Disaster Relief Handbook.
