Partner. Lucy qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 and joined Nelsons in March 2022 as a Partner. Lucy specialises in all areas of medical negligence cases and advises and represents people involved in inquests. The cases that she advises on involve the whole range of NHS trusts, private doctors and other healthcare professionals and the claims that could arise from errors or failings in any form of medical treatment.
