Mandeep advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown with particular expertise in financial settlements and children disputes. Her work includes divorce and financial settlements, including complex financial remedy cases involving business interests, pensions, property portfolios and high-value assets; private children matters, including child arrangements, disputes following separation and issues relating to schooling, healthcare and other key decisions; and prenuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes and financial claims for unmarried couples, including Schedule 1 applications. She acts across a wide range of financial circumstances, from more modest asset bases to high-net-worth cases with complex structures.

She takes a pragmatic, resolution-focused approach, aiming to resolve disputes constructively and, wherever possible, without court proceedings. She is an accredited member of Resolution with recognised expertise in complex financial remedies and private children law.

She is fluent in Punjabi.

Before joining Thomas Mansfield, Mandeep spent over 15 years specialising exclusively in private family law, working as a director in a family law department. During that time she built a practice handling financial remedy cases involving business interests, pensions, overseas assets and third-party interests, alongside private children disputes concerning living arrangements, contact and key welfare decisions, as well as unmarried finance and cohabitation matters.
