Nazia advises on family law matters with a particular focus on high-value financial disputes and issues concerning children. Her work includes complex financial disputes involving non-disclosure, international elements and business interests; children matters, including international relocation, abduction and cases involving allegations of domestic abuse; and matters involving Islamic marriage and divorce.

Nazia authored the chapter on 'Distinctive Aspects of Islamic Law' in The International Family Law Practice. She is a Resolution-accredited specialist in advanced financial provision and domestic abuse and Co-Chair of Resolution's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee. She was named Associate Solicitor of the Year at the 2018 LexisNexis Family Law Awards and EDI Champion of the Year at the 2022 Resolution Awards.

Before joining Thomas Mansfield, Nazia spent many years building a specialist family law practice, most recently co-heading a specialist family law team.
