Ji is a corporate transactional lawyer with extensive experience representing financial sponsors, investor groups and companies in a variety of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, venture capital investments and securities offerings. He has advised clients in diverse industries, including data centers, cannabis, financial services, manufacturing, media, education, technology, software, e-commerce, food and beverage, packaging, biotech, pharmaceutical, energy, shipping and aerospace. He regularly represents family offices, private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds and other investors in connection with investments in various industries in the United States and abroad.
