In 2001, he became a legal advisor at Agroxarxa, SL (Unió de Pagesos de Catalunya), focusing on contentious-administrative issues related to urban planning, expropriation, environmental matters, and public liability.

He joined Pareja & Associats, Advocats in 2006, primarily handling environmental, urban planning (especially permits and legality enforcement), and real estate law.

He earned a Law degree from the University of Barcelona (1996) and a Postgraduate diploma in Urban and Real Estate Law from Pompeu Fabra University – IDEC (2000). He holds a Master’s degree in Territorial and Urban Studies (UPC-UPF, 2001–2003), a Postgraduate in Environmental Law and Natural Resources (Pompeu Fabra – IDEC, 2004), and a Postgraduate specialisation in Urban Replotting and Compensation (UPC Foundation, 2006).
