He joined Pareja & Associats, Advocats in 2003, where he has since worked as a practicing lawyer.

He collaborates actively with Girona’s associative and academic sectors. Since 2018, he has served as Secretary of the Federation of Business Organisations of Girona (FOEG), and in June 2023, he was appointed a member of the Social Council of the University of Girona.

He has significant experience across sectors including tourism activities (particularly the camping sector), extractive industries, and water-related activities

He holds a Law degree from the University of Girona (1998) and a diploma in Urban and Real Estate Law from Pompeu Fabra University (1999). He also completed the course on Public Procurement (1999-2000), the course on State Liability and the Liability of Public Authorities and Civil Servants (2000-2001), and the course on Compulsory Purchase and Public Property (2000-2001), all organised by the Institute of Continuing Education at Pompeu Fabra University.
