She was a member of the Legal Services of the Federation of Municipalities of Catalonia (1988–1991). In the latter year, she joined the Administrative Law Department at Pompeu Fabra university as a lecturer, where she conducted teaching and research activities until 1999. She also served as a consultant on Urban Planning Law at the Open University of Catalonia.

She joined Pareja & Associats, Advocats in 1999. In parallel, she continued her academic activity as a lecturer on the Master’s Programme in Public Law and Administrative Organisation at Pompeu Fabra University. She is currently a lecturer on the Law Degree and the Master’s in Legal Practice at Pompeu Fabra University, the Master’s in Innovative Real Estate Business Management at Escola Sert and the COAC, the Master’s in Real Estate Law at the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB), and the Master’s in Urban Planning Law organised by APCE-ICAB.

She holds a Law degree from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (1988) and a degree in Philosophy and Arts, Art History section, from the same university (1987). She earned a Master’s degree in Local Administration (UAB – Metropolitan Studies Institute, 1990). She has a diploma in Real Estate and Urban Planning Law (Pompeu Fabra University, 1991). She graduated in Law with distinction (1993). She holds a PhD in Law with honours (cum laude) from Pompeu Fabra University (2001). She is the author of the thesis Urban Intervention in Historic Centres.
