Adi Ibrahimović is the Managing Partner of IA Law Firm and leads the firm’s M&A and Tax practices. He advises domestic and international clients on complex acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and strategic investments, providing integrated corporate and tax advice throughout all stages of a transaction.

With substantial experience both in private practice and as a former legal director of a leading Bosnian corporate group, Adi combines strong technical expertise with a practical understanding of clients’ commercial objectives. His work regularly involves structuring cross-border transactions, conducting legal due diligence, negotiating transaction documents and advising on the tax implications of investments and business operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Adi is particularly recognised for his pragmatic, solution-oriented approach and his ability to manage complex multidisciplinary matters involving corporate, tax, regulatory and financing considerations.

Adi Ibrahimović began his career in the corporate sector, where he served as Head of Legal Affairs at one of the largest companies in Brčko District. This in-house experience provided him with a strong understanding of the commercial, operational and regulatory challenges faced by businesses.

He is currently the Managing Partner of IA Law Firm and President of the Employers’ Association of Brčko District.
