Olivia graduated from BPP University with a distinction in both the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and the Legal Practice Course (LPC), reflecting her strong academic foundation and commitment to legal excellence. She went on to complete a two‑year training contract where she gained broad experience across a range of practice areas, developing the technical skills and commercial awareness that now underpin her corporate practice.

Since qualifying as a solicitor, Olivia has specialised in all aspects of corporate law, advising companies, directors and shareholders on a wide variety of matters.

Olivia has experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, share schemes, loan agreements, corporate reorganisation and succession planning often working collaboratively with tax advisers, accountants and other specialists. She also regularly drafts and negotiates shareholders’ agreements and supports clients with a wide range of corporate governance matters. Her approach is thorough, practical and solution‑focused, ensuring clients receive clear and commercially sound advice at every stage.
