Career
Melissa is a solicitor in the Corporate team at Myerson and a member of the Hospitality and Leisure team.
Melissa graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University with a first class law degree in 2022, and since went on to complete the solicitors qualifying exams passing both SQE 1 and 2 on her first attempts and qualifying as a solicitor in November 2025.
Prior to joining Myerson, Melissa worked as a paralegal in the corporate team at Addleshaw Goddard from 2022 – 2025.
Melissa has experience in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions (both sale and purchase), investments, share buybacks, reorganisations and general corporate governance matters. Since qualifying, Melissa has gained experience advising companies, directors and shareholders on a wide range of corporate matters.
