Jonathan Garner is an associate in the Corporate department, having joined the firm in February 2025.
Jonathan qualified as a solicitor in August 2021, following paralegal and trainee experience in corporate law.
Jonathan has an extensive background in corporate law, having worked on sales, acquisitions, management buy-outs, investments, private equity investments, reorganisations and general corporate governance.
Jonathan has significant experience working with SMEs and owner-managed businesses through to large corporates on various complex transactions in many different sectors.
In particular, Jonathan has specific expertise in advising clients in the technology sector and is a member of the technology sector team.
