Emily is a Senior Associate specialising in commercial property, advising a wide range of clients including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, lenders, and corporate occupiers. She acts on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, delivering commercially focused and pragmatic advice.

Her work spans acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold property, advising on refinancing and secured lending, negotiating new leases and managing ongoing landlord and tenant relationships. She also assists corporate teams with the property elements of share and asset sales.

Emily graduated from the University of Manchester with a 2:1 LLB Hons law degree and then went on to achieve a distinction in the LPC at the University of Law.

Emily undertook her training with a North West law firm and then joined JMW Solicitors LLP after qualification as a commercial property solicitor.
