Senior Associate in our Employment Team.

Vicki advises senior executives and organisations on the full spectrum of employment law issues. She is known for providing clear, commercially grounded guidance that helps clients navigate complex workplace challenges with confidence and clarity.

Vicki deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters, with particular emphasis of risk management, strategic decision-making and resolving sensitive disputes.

Vicki has a specialist focus on pregnancy and maternity matters and the wider suite of family-friendly rights.

She regularly supports clients through issues involving discrimination, flexible working, parental leave and return-to-work arrangements, ensuring they remain compliant whilst fostering inclusive, supportive workplace cultures.

Her experience in this area allows her to provide empathetic, pragmatic advice to both individuals and businesses during what can often be highly personal and legally nuanced situations.

Vicki sits within Myerson’s Private Client sector team and is also the Deputy Head for the firm’s Retail Sector. This allows her to tailor her expertise accordingly, particularly to best serve those retail businesses, operating in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Vicki is committed to supporting working parents and carers. Vicki sits on the Pro-Manchester Parent and Carer Group committee, dedicated to championing the needs of parents and carers and promoting initiatives that support work–life balance.

She also volunteers as a mentor for Growth Spurt, an external organisation focused on helping parents transition back into work after periods of parental leave, offering guidance with practical career support.

Vicki’s combined experience enables her to bring a holistic, people-centric perspective to her work. Whether advising boards, HR teams or individual executives, Vicki strives to deliver advice that is strategic, compassionate and attuned to the realities of modern working life.

Vicki is a graduate of Sheffield University where she gained a 2:1 LLB (Hons) degree in Law & Criminology and completed the Legal Practice Course at BBP Law School (Manchester).
