This practical education informs the counsel he gives clients and is equally applicable in both adversarial and collaborative settings. It also lends him a unique perspective as to the challenges and rewards encountered by clients setting out on their own and has taught him to value and cherish personal relationships, a strength he brings to his clients.

Franklin represents clients in the commercial real estate, construction, energy, entertainment, and hospitality sectors, and routinely advises concerning commercial disputes, landlord-tenant matters, creditors’ rights issues, commercial real estate transactions, and general business matters. He also manages all aspects of a diverse civil litigation docket and has represented clients in courtrooms all across the State of Texas.
