Benjamin’s practice focuses on intricate commercial and business litigation, representing clients across diverse sectors. His experience encompasses a wide range of sophisticated disputes, including civil and commercial litigation, the defense of national corporations, trade secret matters, breach of contract claims, and defamation actions.
Prior to his legal career, Benjamin developed key leadership and client relations skills as a golf professional, where he instructed students and managed a country club.
Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and a Master of Laws (LLM) from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he was named a Dean’s Scholar. While at SMU, he gained valuable in-house legal experience as a Corporate Counsel Extern for Yum! Brands, Inc.
