With a career built at the intersection of law and media, Lisa Normand offers her clients a rare combination of AmLaw 100 experience and real-world creative insight. Lisa has managed global trademark portfolios for many of the world’s most recognizable brands. Her experience spans the “full lifecycle” of trademark law, including domestic and foreign clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. Lisa has also represented clients in complex Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) opposition and cancellation proceedings.

What sets Lisa apart is her firsthand understanding of the creative landscape. She is an accomplished film producer whose projects have premiered at world-renowned festivals, including SXSW and Tribeca. This dual-lens perspective as both a seasoned attorney and an active creative professional allows her to provide strategic, entrepreneurial-minded “soup-to-nuts” production counsel services, including entity formation, investor agreements, production contracts, above-the-line negotiations, and chain-of-title.
