Sarah Lewellen’s practice is driven by strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional results in complex real estate transactions. She represents clients in acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and disposition, providing expert guidance through every phase, from initial intent to closing and operations. Her experience extends to representing financial institutions in commercial real estate loan transactions, including term loans, lines of credit, and mezzanine structures, with particular focus on financing for production home builders and residential subdivision development. Her clients include owners, developers, investment companies, and financial institutions across a range of property types, from retail and office to industrial and mixed-use.
