Senior Counsel

Brittany is dedicated to guiding businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs through critical corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and a variety of contractual arrangements. She provides counsel to private investment funds and their sponsors in their formation and operations, working across a broad array of investment strategies and industries, covering various sectors including venture capital, real estate, energy, and buyout. Brittany further supports her clients with her experience in finance, advising on lending, borrowing, and investment opportunities. Brittany is a member of the Dallas Bar Association and is based in both Houston and Dallas.

Brittany’s deep interest in finance extends to her personal life as well. Passionate about promoting financial literacy, Brittany hosts community seminars to educate participants about various aspects of personal finance, including budgeting, saving, credit and investing. In her free time, she enjoys hiking with her husband and son, cooking, playing pickleball, reading non-fiction books, and listening to podcasts.

Prior to returning to Platt Richmond, Brittany was Of Counsel at an AmLaw 100 law firm.
