Founding Partner

Mazin A. Sbaiti, founding partner of Sbaiti & Company, is a Dallas-based trial lawyer with extensive experience in complex litigation. He focuses on high-stakes disputes and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving business transactions, securities, financial instruments, business torts, construction, trade secrets, and intellectual property, including patent and trademark cases. His clients include CEOs, senior executives, investors, business owners, inventors, and high-net-worth individuals.

With more than 20 years of experience, Mr. Sbaiti has successfully taken on some of the nation’s largest banks, corporations, and their law firms, handling breaches of contract, business torts, fraud, and government-related litigation. He is frequently brought into ongoing litigation to secure victories through trial, appeal, or settlement. Licensed in Texas, New York, Washington D.C., and California, Mr. Sbaiti handles matters nationwide, with more than half of his engagements outside of Texas.
