Principal Attorney and Founder

DeLone Dawisha is the principal attorney and founder of Dawisha Law, where he represents clients in corporate and M&A, real estate, and construction law. He serves as outside general counsel, advising on a wide range of matters, including entity formation, governance, acquisitions and sales, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

DeLone guides clients through all aspects of their transactions, including structuring deals, conducting legal due diligence, preparing disclosures, and drafting and negotiating contracts. He works closely with clients to identify and mitigate risks, develop tailored solutions, and help them achieve their long-term goals.
