Career

Natalie one of the UK’s leading specialists in modern family law. She advises clients on UK and international surrogacy arrangements, legal parentage, known donor and platonic co-parenting agreements, embryo storage, posthumous conception, and family building for LGBTQ+ and solo parents. She is also experienced in complex international divorce, financial remedy proceedings, children disputes and jurisdictional matters.

Before joining IFLG, Natalie worked for nearly a decade on high-net-worth cases at a specialist London firm, later heading the Family Department at a City firm with a leading fertility law practice before later establishing her own Modern Family Department at another firm.

Natalie is a member of the Board of Trustees of Progress Educational Trust, a charity which advances public understanding of science, law and ethics in the fields of human genetics, assisted reproduction, embryology and stem cell research.

Natalie is co-founder and co-host of award-winning podcast and events series, In/Fertility in the City.

Natalie is passionate about fertility law reform and is a founding member of the Workplace Fertility Campaign Group who are setting up the Fertility APPG, and the Fertility Justice Campaign, campaigning for equitable access to fertility treatment for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Leisure

Natalie loves travelling, reading, listening to podcasts, being a member of the Peloton community and, most importantly, spending time with her daughter, husband and dog Betty, a German Shephard Siberian Husky cross.
