Çağdaş Selvi is a seasoned legal professional with deep expertise in project finance, acquisition finance, banking law, capital markets, derivative transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He has advised on the financing of major energy and infrastructure projects, as well as complex acquisition financings, representing leading financial institutions and global investors.

He has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, serving as counsel to both buyers and sellers in transactions involving domestic and international investors. He frequently plays a key role in structuring the financial aspects of these transactions, designing and implementing tailored financing mechanisms to support successful deal execution.

Çağdaş also advises issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, with a particular focus on cross-border placements under Rule 144A and Regulation S.
