Neslihan Tuna Saraçgil's practice concentrates on banking and finance law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets law and competition law.

Neslihan also provides consultancy services to various companies and financial institutions within the scope of their daily activities and furthermore has extensive experience with respect to listed companies and their corporate governance procedures.

PROJECTS

Finance: Neslihan represented both lenders and borrowers with respect to financing of energy projects, financing of construction projects (shopping malls and mass housings), acquisition finance and financial restructuring, and drafted loan and collateral documents within the scope of these projects, carried out negotiations and conducted closing of the projects.

Mergers and Acquisitions: Neslihan represented both buyer and seller parties regarding the acquisition of shares of companies of various scales, including publicly traded companies, and drafted transaction documents, such as share purchase and shareholders’ agreements, lead the negotiations and conducted closing of the projects.

She made Competition Board’s applications and held necessary meetings and made negotiations with the competition board in this regard.

Other: Neslihan provided consultancy services to different departments of banks and financial institutions (including project finance, financial institutions and treasury departments) regarding their day-to-day operations.

Neslihan also advised companies on capital markets law, competition law, commercial law and corporate law and specialized in the preparation, negotiation and finalization of companies' contracts, including procurement, transportation and export contracts. Neslihan carried out corporate governance processes of both public and non-public companies.
