Ahmed Dede is the founding and managing partner of Dede Law Firm. His practice focuses on corporate law, commercial disputes, finance, insolvency and alternative dispute resolution.

Throughout his career, he has advised domestic and international clients on company formations, commercial contracts, financial transactions and complex dispute processes. He is recognised for his solution-oriented mindset, strategic insight and practical approach to resolving legal matters.

Mr. Dede graduated from Istanbul Kültür University, Faculty of Law in 2011. He has been a member of Dede Law Firm for nearly 18 years, providing continuous legal support to corporate clients throughout all stages of their operations, including establishment, growth, restructuring, and ongoing business activities.

Throughout his tenure, he has provided solution-oriented legal guidance on matters of critical importance to clients, offering strategic support tailored to their operational and commercial needs. In addition, he has played an active role in the seamless organization and management of all phases of project-based litigation, ensuring that complex legal processes are planned, coordinated, and executed with precision and consistency.
