Efe Deniz Dikbıyık is a partner in the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Team at Aslan & Partners and is recognized as a Next Generation Partner, widely regarded for his expertise in cross-border dispute resolution with a particular focus on the transport, shipping, and international trade sectors. Already a qualified lawyer in Turkey, Efe has successfully passed the SQE1 examination, is exempt from SQE2, and is currently in the process of qualifying as a solicitor of England and Wales. He is also a certified mediator and conciliator in Turkey.

Efe leads the firm’s international arbitration practice, with a particular emphasis on proceedings governed by English law. He is the principal handler of the firm’s most complex shipping and trade arbitrations and regularly acts for clients before FOSFA, GAFTA, and LMAA tribunals. His practice focuses on English commercial law, maritime law, and international trade, including issues of demurrage, charterparties, ship sale, and carriage of goods disputes.

Efe is recognised for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to identify decisive points of fact and law that shift the course of proceedings entirely in his clients’ favour.
