Pierre‑Adrien Vibert is a corporate and transactional lawyer active mainly in real estate and hospitality.

Pierre-Adrien assists his clients with acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and strategic real estate transactions, as well as with the management of their real estate and hotel portfolios (negotiation of commercial and BEFA leases, hotel management contracts, asset management contracts, etc.).

Pierre-Adrien  advises all types of players in the real estate industry, and frequently work with hotel managers, investment funds, asset managers and portfolio management companies.

Pierre‑Adrien was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2012 and, before founding Bauhaus Avocats, spent thirteen years practicing in the Real Estate Transactions and Finance department of a leading French law firm.
