Ståle L. Hagen specialises in commercial technology contracts, and has extensive experience in negotiations of such contracts, both in Norway and internationally. Ståle has previously worked in the IT industry, both as a customer and as a supplier, and has in cooperation with the Norwegian Computer Society (DnD) and DFØ (SSA) developed several standard contract templates being used in the industry. Ståle is known for his uncompromising focus on process management, and for combining technological development and new business models with contracts that support successful execution. He also works with transactions and dispute resolution for participants in the IT industry, including as mediator.
