Attorney at Law

Milena Mitić is an Attorney at Law at Stanivuk & Manasijevski Law Firm. In her practice, Milena focuses primarily on Employment Law, while also advising clients in litigation and other civil proceedings.

She regularly advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of Employment Law matters, including employment contracts, termination of employment, redundancy procedures, workplace harassment (mobbing), whistleblowing procedures, and compliance with data protection regulations in the employment context. Also, Milena provides daily legal support to employers in managing employment relationships, preparing employment-related documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable Employment Law regulations.

Milena also represents clients in employment disputes before courts and other competent authorities, including disputes relating to the legality of termination decisions and other employment-related claims.

Her practice also includes advising companies on the employment of foreign nationals in Serbia and immigration policies. Milena also conducts training sessions and workshops for HR teams, helping clients improve their internal employment practices and regulatory compliance.
